Philly 9/11 Truth confronts former Terrorism Analyst Jonathan Schanzer
Fear mongering, dismissing, and pleading ignorance; these are commonplace tactics used by propagandists of the fascist era. Former U.S. Department of Treasury intelligence analyst Jonathan Schazner is one such individual of the Goebbelian school of thought. He currently holds the title of Director of Policy at the Jewish Policy Center (J.P.C.) in Washington, DC. As a representative of the J.P.C., Schazner recently visited Temple University in Philadelphia for a speaking engagement about “Financing Terrorism.” Apparently he was unaware that his commission to come and speak at the university was a hypocritical violation of the subject of the discussion.
Schazner’s oration was short, only about thirty minutes in length however he was rapacious in his hammering of imminent threat posed by Iran. He illustrated an elaborate underground effort by Hamas and Hezbollah to destroy Israel citing that “missiles” were hidden in the basements of “nursery schools.” He employed the same line invoked by Alan Dershowitz, quoting that Hamas and Hezbollah believe in the Hadith which says, “…the Jews will hide behind the rock and tree, and the rock and tree will say: oh Muslim, oh servant of Allah, this is a Jew behind me, come and kill him!”
After Schazner instilled enough fear to seize the courage of even the most valiant of hearts, a question and answer session was opened up. Philly 9/11 Truth members promptly challenged the mythical paradigms that Schanzer constructed over his thirty minutes of unfettered inculcation. 9/11 of course being the prime issue of concern was naturally the subject of the first inquiry. Since Schanzer was a former intelligence analyst who dealt with tracking terrorism financing there was nothing more apropos than the $100,000 wire transfer to Muhammad Atta which was traced by the FBI’s counterterrorism division to Lt General Mahmud Ahmad of the Pakistani ISI. The ISI has historically been a conduit for CIA financing of dissident groups however Schazner asserted that there is “no way in hell” that the U.S. “advertently or inadvertently” funded the 9/11 attacks. Next, he was challenged about the CIA’s funding of radical groups in Iran. He claimed ignorance of the subject, but agreed that it was possible and bizarrely stated that he “wouldn’t be surprised if similar groups were in the United States.” For the grand finale he was confronted about the role of the CIA in the overthrow of Mossadegh in Iran. He responded with cold justification of the actions perpetrated by the CIA claiming them as a defensive maneuver against a threatening communist dictator. Even though Schanzer was immediately reprimanded for his disingenuous diagnosis of Prime Minister Mossadegh who was in reality a pro-Western democratically elected official, he quieted the dissent by ending the session. Afterward he was approached for an interview concerning the financing of 9/11 but insisted that he could not speak on the subject due to the classified nature of his previous dealings with the U.S. Department of Treasury.

You guys have really educated yourselves and I hope the people in the audience there were alert enough to catch the drift of what you were bringing up.
It is interesting that this guy had to at least acknowledge that information is out there about these things, and that his dismissive answers had very little or no basis.
Continuous questioning of these propagandists and education of others will eventually expose them as the treasonous infiltrators of our government that they are and the hoax they pulled on us on 911, which they are attempting to perpetuate for their own selfish aims.

Your articulate, brave, and well-thought out questions (including contextual evidence, nice touch) left him with nothing but an ad hominem and a few unconvincing denials.
It is sad though, that the bulk of the room was being fed BS and probably didn't even know it.

What does he know that we don't?
When he mentions that he has heard of and deplores conspiracy theorists, it would be a great opportunity to interject with something like,
"So then you've obviously researched the issue. Then you must have a logical explanation for the symmetrical free fall collapse of building seven. Because that seems to be the smoking gun for so-called conspiracy theorists. What do you know that the rest of us don't?"
It would be interesting to see how he and other OCT supporters respond to that.

It is simply incredible that these people are willing to subvert our government and culture for their own selfish aims.
I was absolutely dumbfounded when I learned how many dual Israeli/American citizens hold high positions in the Bush administration, and this just shows it all the more.
It sounds like 911 was a joint effort of certain Israeli groups and the U.S. oil companies, due to a confluence of interests. I do not want to blame Jewish people as a whole but these groups have to have their influence reduced.

Good, because it's certainly not "Jewish people as a whole" who have this kind of influence. What needs to be carefully determined is just which groups -- whether predominantly composed of American WASPs or Jews -- have and had the means, motive, and opportunity to pull off 9/11. For starters, access to a state intelligence apparatus is probably really helpful.

We do need to remember that it is individuals who make up these specific groups and a nationality of people is not to blame, when the vast majority are innocent.
It is what most people in the world are probably thinking about Americans right now. They know that most of us have nothing to do with the Bush administration's policies.

"No way in hell" " I deplore" Also I never trust anyone who has such a negative feeling toward conspiracy theorists. CTs are the among the most vigilant government watchdogs. They have no agenda other than truth and fairness. It doesn't mean they are right about everything, but they are surely much safer to trust, and imo, are much more credible throughout history than governments. A CT will never kill you, steal your money, and/or take away your freedom -- they're usually the ones trying to expose the criminals who do those things.

Well, Mr. Schanzer, We haven't caught any Iranian Agents...
in America that I know of. However, besides the 200 or so Mossad / Israeli agents rounded up after 9/11, there's this little problem of the five dancing Mossad agents that were on a mission to document the attacks of 9/11. They set up a camera, filmed the attacks & then danced with joy. Not to mention there were traces of explosives in the van they were driving.
