Editor’s Notes:

Where do I begin around Earth Day, 2010, with melting glaciers over erupting volcanoes, deception-based wars, poisoned radioactive dust in the air, pseudo science good for cover-up, and plutocracy jamming distractions deep into our skulls? I keep coming back to noticing the futility of war, fear’s derangement that occupies too much time and space. It is a sham. And heroes like Luke Rudkowski and WeAreChange are breaking down the mind barrier of controlled communication.

In item one Jerry Mazza and Bob Nichols write about the current Depleted Uranium situation. Please use a part of your Earth Day to share this information. Also, this week, DemocracyNow is covering a Peoples' Summit on Climate Change. Perhaps timed with the uncertainty of some much colder years ahead from the Icelandic Volcano, FN has changed its title from 'Evidence of Extreme Global Warming' to "Energy Emissions Impact On Our Environment."

Item 2 updates a bit on the current financial crises, and actions that everyone knows regarding a criminal investigation into Goldman Sachs, but, in item 3, check-in on news "too big to report" by most of the mainstream media, like a $3.87 trillion lawsuit against the S.E.C.

"The individual is the true reality of life.
A cosmos in himself, he does not exist for the State,
nor for that abstraction called 'society,' or the 'nation,'
which is only a collection of individuals."

-- Emma Goldman
