If You’re on 9/11 Truth Listserves

If You’re on 9/11 Truth Listserves

Then you may have already gotten the posts I pasted below; posting them here for posterity.

Background; this morning I was checking my comprehensive Google Alerts and was really disturbed about the extraordinary lack of links to articles referencing “Fourteen Points”. To make sure this article was getting in front of people’s faces, I blasted off the below email to about 30 independent media and credible truth activists, then posted it to the following listserves directly from my Gmail account:

9/11 Questions Meetup Portland discussion list
911truthalliance

911 Visibility Project Action List
Blogger Brigade

When I didn’t receive a copy within a few minutes, I began to get more disturbed. I went directly to Lists.Riseup.net and posted it again to all 4 lists, but my Gmail address was still the default. At least 5 minutes by while I responded to an email- when I still hadn’t received the posts at my Gmail account that I’d sent directly from Riseup, I then went to Yahoo Truth Action and posted it there with the following message. As I was starting to wonder if the problem was with Google or my ISP (Charter), I began to feel weird about being home. As I need to go to class soon anyway, I left immediately and made the next posts from campus. When I got home around 4:30 pm I checked Gmail and found the listserve emails had been delivered- after an unreasonable delay. I’m still investigating what’s going on with Google and Gmail, but I’ll never rely on them again. I’m very glad to find out my concern for my safety was not justified today (unless my posts scared off the spooks). Two things I realized from this-

One- Perhaps the “bad guys” aren’t as powerful as we sometimes think they might be- perhaps they’re more like the Wizard of Oz. Perhaps the reason people like Fizzer and Tarbaby hype threats and fears, is cuz the shadow government is really not more effective than their patsies- they just want us to think they are?

Truth or Terrorism? The Real Story Behind Five Years of High Alerts
http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/story/18056504/truth_or_terrorism_the_real_story_behind_five_years_of_high_alerts

Two- What if they’re scared of us, the People? For some reason Google can’t seem to deliver this little-bitty “Fourteen Points” letter to People’s emails, even when they have the right keywords.

What if they got lucky with the other attacks, and they’re now afraid of exposure if another one happens- now that the People are watching, restless and active? If another attack happens on US soil, will the blame for the “failure to prevent” be laid at the feet of the patsies immediately named on national TV, or at the feet of the Bush Administration? At a minimum, the People are going to be more skeptical, less shocked, and more inquisitive than we were right after 9/11, when most of believed our TVs.

Apologies for cross posting- please forward widely- i just sent this directly at least 5 minutes ago from lists.riseup.net to 4-5 9/11 truth lists- and did not receive a copy at my gmail account!?!?!?! If Gmail fixes this glitch or the Feds don't come get me, I'll post later- i'm not kidding- just checked again, still not there

What's going on here? Inquiring minds want to know!

(below: original email, sent to independent media, activists and posted to 4 lists from Riseup)

Can you tell me anything about why, since the first one was available last Fri/Sat- PRWeb release Tue- none of the 4 articles (below) were returned in any of the many relevant Comprehensive google alerts I had set up? (to see if i'm lying or mistaken, set up some news alerts; google news home page, left side under the top stories column)

Is it some massive "glitch"? So many days, so many keywords, so many articles? All the articles except the first last have been indexed by Google NEWS- the 2nd is PRWeb and the last 2 are at OpEdNews.com

"Editorial decision" at Google? Why would Google not want people to know about/read the Fourteen Points letter published in a peer-reviewed open access journal?

The Bush Administration, though- reading the letter, I can see why they might not want people to read the letter (read and see for yourself if you agree). Does the Bush Administration have the same kind of relationship with Google that the big Telco's do?

The "Fourteen Points" paper was just published on Friday, but it's still news as many people who are interested in the issues (see polls ref'd in press release) have not yet been made aware of it by the normal means- google news and alerts, at least, if not the big media sites and blogs.

I think the issue of possible google "censorship"- at the least awful service from their alerts- is becoming a news issue.

If you want people to see these 14 Points, please post reference to it online in a way that hides the true title and link; we'll then see if it then winds up in people's searches and alerts, when they're searching for "9/11" or "world trade center" or "google censorship". I wrote the last 2 OpEdNews.com articles; given that it's NOT in google NEWS, even though the previous article IS- i'm not confident anything else i publish will wind up
in google news

Thanks!

Re: Attn: Supporters of the Constitution and Free Speech, Privacy, Voter, Consumer,

first reply- sorry if i've freaked anyone out, but google and gmail's atrocious service has me freaked out, considering the stakes if any bush administration crimes become a public issue, congressional, criminal or international investigation, impeachment hearings (as Conyers promised- we'll, huh) if Iran is attacked, etc.

I'm now posting in a public place- this is mainly for the benefit of the Feds who may be monitoring this list right now and homing in- again, not to freak anyone out, but if you doubt they can do that and want people to not read this paper- click the links, read the 14 points paper and set the alerts.

I was not looking to become a blogger, but this event of publication of these 14 points in a peer reviewed engineering journal by these "9/11 nutjobs" prompted me to publicize the hell out it all over the web, and google news and gmail have done one of the worst jobs ever of covering one of the biggest stories ever, imho.

I'm looking forward to the public debate, and have decided that Sibel Edmonds did the right thing as "accident" insurance be becoming very public, so i will continue to blog at many different places all over the web- right now you can find me at opednews.com as better world order and 911blogger.com as loose nuke.

i will post later

Re: Attn: Supporters of the Constitution and Free Speech, Privacy, Voter, Consumer,

just checked Gmail- no posts from yahoo truth action, riseup or bloggerbrigade in my Gmail account- can you believe that? Not even what i'm sending from here. Please make the 14 points story go viral- i forgot to email David Swanson of AfterDowningStreet.org who publiced 9/11 Press For Truth- if he wants impeachment, he should publicize this story, please forward

Re: Attn: Supporters of the Constitution and Free Speech, Privacy, Voter, Consumer,

I'll be home in about an hour; hopefully, the real problem is just that GMail and Google Alerts are incredibly unreliable and sh1tty services, and I won't find any "men in black" waiting for me when I get home. I'll post once more on this subject in about an hour.

Re: Attn: Supporters of the Constitution and Free Speech, Privacy, Voter, Consum

OK, I'm back home and everything seems to be normal. I actually got the 4 truth list posts in my Gmail account; first one was 12:26, the rest after 1pm (they were sent around 11:15 am). Perhaps the super-slow listserve-posting was just another "glitch" in Google's technology? For some reason, I haven't gotten a copy of my posts to Yahoo Truth Action.

I also got some more google news alerts; as before, none of the "Fourteen Points" articles are in the alerts, but some of them do appear in some of the Web alerts. This means many, many people are not receiving them, even though they should be. Again, is this a glitch- or an editorial decision to keep info out of the minds of People? And who called the shots on these articles? (see below for the ELEVEN alerts I have set up; this list actually
does not include some other alerts I have that probably would've caught these articles- if things were working "normally" at Google.

The following paragraph is for the Spooks that may be trolling this list: Here at our house we have 2 large Boxers who love us, our friends and family but are very suspicious of strangers and shills for Bush's 9/11 story. Also, we have a Beagle mutt who won't bite you, but barks loud enough to wake the neighborhood- she really flips out when people come around the house. In addition, I'm implementing additional security measures that may or may not include weapons, "just in case". I am non-violent; I only advocate non-violent, 1st Amendment protected means of social and political activism. That said, I will employ all prudent means of protecting the lives, property and posterity of myself and family. Also, let your masters know that I'm just itching for more
things to blog about; so give me a reason, and I'll make it as big an issue of it as I've been making of this
"Fourteen Points" release, and of Google's crappy, or intentionally "evil" search, alert and email services.
