I like Rosie O’Donnell, I admit it. While Fox News and Bill O’Reilly are claiming she is helping the terrorists and needs to fired from her position on The View, I’m saying Go, Rosie, Go. What is wrong with a person asking questions? When did asking questions turn into a crime? It’s seems a lot of American’s love to hate Rosie, especially upper class white males, but many of us enjoy seeing her stir the pot of propaganda that is so prevalent these days. I know, she’s heavy, gay and perhaps not what many consider to be socially attractive, but does that mean her questions, thoughts and opinions have no value?

It’s interesting to me that when Rosie and Donald Trump were having their media driven nasty argument, I couldn’t turn on the television without hearing about it, the newspapers soaked up the ridiculous stories and everyone chose a side. It seems we didn’t recognize that it was all about advertisement and ratings, not a serious debate, but now that Rosie has sunk her teeth into a real issue, the silence by most of the mainstream media is nearly deafening.

Fox News Host Blasts O'Donnell for Comments about British Sailors in Iran

April 3, 2007 — There's a battle brewing between "The View" host Rosie O'Donnell and Fox News talk show host Bill O'Reilly, after O'Reilly said that O'Donnell went too far last week on her show when she talked about the British captives in Iran.

It's the latest dust-up for O'Donnell, who earlier this year had a celebrity face-off with Donald Trump over the Miss USA scandal.

Now, "The View" host is wading into more serious territory with comments she made last week.

"The View," which had not been in a feud since January, is back in a full-scale shouting war with Fox News Channel star Bill O'Reilly over - what else? - co-host Rosie O'Donnell's latest political gaffe.

O'Reilly is suggesting that ABC fire Rosie for claiming the 15 British sailors captured last week in the Persian Gulf were part of a U.S. "plan" to invade Iran.

O'Donnell posted on her Web site - then repeated on the show - her claims that "the British did it on purpose . . . as US MILITARY BUILD UP ON THE IRANIAN BORDER." (Capitalization is hers.)

"We will be in Iran before summer, as planned," she wrote last week on her personal blog, Rosie.com. "Come on, people. U have 2 c."

"The question is what should ABC do?" O'Reilly asked during his FNC show last week.

"Remember, ABC fired Bill Maher [who hosted 'Politically Incorrect' at the time] after he said the 9/11 killers had courage."

Rosie O'Donnell has shot back at FOX News conservative talk-show host Bill O'Reilly who called for ABC to fire her last week after she made controversial comments about 9/11 being staged and the current Iran/Britain hostage crisis being staged as a way to start a war with Iran. Rosie O'Donnell has triggered a firestorm after spreading yet another theory about 9/11.

Rosie is claiming that World Trade Center 7 was deliberately demolished.

On Thursday's "The View," Rosie said, "It defies physics for the WTC 7, which collapsed in on itself -it's impossible for a building to fall the way it fell without explosives being involved."

Rosie issued a challenge to "Look at the films," and "get a demolition expert."

What Rosie and other conspiracy theorists don't say is that building 7, since rebuilt, suffered a 10-story gash from huge columns which fell from the twin towers. It was also weakened byfires that burned for 10 hours.

James Meigs, editor in chief of "Popular Mechanics," led a team of experts who wrote a book debunking 9/11 conspiracy theories.
