It appears that the anthrax case is heating up. The FBI has announced that it will no longer provide congress with briefings on the case - in effect stonewalling the public on the investigation. But, with the recent ruling that the NYT must reveal its sources (which is highly unlikely), and now this schism between congress and the FBI, there is always the chance that the renewed interest in the case could yield some new information - or whistleblowers - to unravel everything.

Unravel anthrax - and 9/11 immediately follows. Demonstrate that elements of the US government was behind the anthrax attacks - and 9/11 suddenly is within reach.

WASHINGTON - Congress and the FBI are now openly battling over the pace and direction of the anthrax investigation.

Late Monday, Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, sent a damning six-page letter to Attorney General Alberto Gonzales requesting a briefing on the FBI investigation, now five years old. The letter faults the agency for its handling of the case, saying "the FBI has little in the way of results to show for its work."

I have tried for years to get Antiwar.com to cover 9/11 Truth - to no avail.

In fact, one of their regular contributors - Paul Craig Roberts - is regularly censored on the topic. It appears they will only publish his editorials if they are non-9/11 related.

But, with the recent revelations from Bob Woodward's new book, it appears that Antiwar. com is beginning to nibble at the edges of LIHOP (Let It Happen On Purpose).

This is my interview on 09/10/06. As you would expect, I was given very little time to make any real points, but, it is what it is.

Sirens everywhere. Reports that a plane hit a high-rise building on Manhattan's upper east side.

I can remember back in the summer of 2001, as the country was all-consumed by the Gary Condit scandal, dark and ominous clouds were gathering on the horizon and reports were leaking from around the world that Al Qaeda was planning some sort of catastrophic attack against American “symbols” of power.

I can remember reports that the US military was on Delta Alert (the highest state of alert - short of open warfare). I can remember Diane Feinstein’s warnings on the Sunday morning talk shows of an impending attack. I can remember the Jerusalem Post’s article predicting a major attack. I can remember my state of alarm as it appeared that the raging violence in Israeli’s occupied territories, and the nearly daily suicide bombings, were accelerating towards some crescendo on the world stage.

Yet, night after night, we were treated to the Gary Condit news hour on each of the major networks. It indeed appeared that there was no other news but the Gary Condit scandal.

And then 9/11 happened, and no one has heard very much about Gary Condit ever since.

A few months back while Israel was mercilessly bombarding Lebanon (the just recently newly-celebrated seat of democracy in the Middle East) we suddenly found our attentions drawn to the bazaar tale of Mark Karr, the confessed killer of Jon Benet Ramsey. The media became transfixed on the lurid details of Mark Karr’s past, with Karr’s ultra-creepy face and blank stare radiating out from every newspaper tabloid and TV news hour in the nation, despite the incredible lack of CREDIBLE evidence that Mark Karr could possibly be Jon Benet’s killer, including DNA evidence that amazing was not produced for weeks, as Karr was flown first-class back to the United States and was photographed sipping champagne.

Its hard to believe that more than two years have passed. From time to time I would like to post some of the video footage from the movement's past. This is NY911Truth's Les Jamieson interviewing me at ground zero in the summer of 2004.

Many today do not know that brave activists began vigils at ground zero, long before the vast majority of the public was aware a movement even existed - and an absolute airtight media blackout on the subject existed. These brave activists, which included Les Jamieson (ny911truth), Nicholas Levis (SummerOfTruth, Mike Kane (From The Wilderness), Nico Haupt (TVFakery), Kyle Hence (911CitizensWatch), Jeffrey (No Police State) Cristian Flemming, Dawn, among many many others, stood vigil and educated the masses who came to see what remained of the WTC, and to understand 9/11.

I can remember one freezing cold Saturday when an older war veteran spat chewing tobacco on me, and Nico Haupt stood toe to toe with him for what seemed like an eternity as we waited to see if he would turn violent and throw the first blow. This sort of hostility went with the territory. But, even then, a surprising number of tourists from all over the world, including many from America's heartland, stopped and listened - and appeared to understand. Even then I believe Americans knew in their hearts that something was seriously wrong with the national narrative.

This story firmly supports the LIHOP theory.

But don't be alarmed, all you MIHOP theorists. It does nothing to dismiss the possibility of MIHOP. It does nothing to disprove facilitation by members of our government.

What it does prove is that the attacks of 9/11 were clearly on the radar by elements of our intelligence agencies, while the execute branch was stonewalling the issue.

Think about it. The head of the CIA tells the National Security Advisor of an IMMINENT attack - and she brushes them off?

Taken in concert with the testimony of Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer and the facts regarding Able Danger, we clearly have high ranking member of our military - including a 2-star general, personally intervening to protect Atta - or the persona of Atta - patsy or not - therefore adding the MIHOP element to this story.

This is a huge story - and one 9/11 activists should be making as much noise as possible about:

9/11 Panel Members Weren’t Told of Meeting

WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 — Members of the Sept. 11 commission said today that they were alarmed that they were told nothing about a White House meeting in July 2001 at which George J. Tenet, then the director of central intelligence, is reported to have warned Condoleezza Rice, then the national security adviser, about an imminent Al Qaeda attack and failed to persuade her to take action.

As one of this movement's most eloquent spokesmen for truth, Nicholas Levis was one of the founding members of the New York movement. He has organized many of the most visible events and actions in New York City, and continues to research and write prolifically on the subject of 9/11.

“The Pentagon inspector general's office said Thursday that a review of records from the unit, known as Able Danger, found no evidence it had identified ringleader Mohamed Atta or any other terrorist who participated in the 2001 attacks.”

Facts:

§ The Pentagon acknowledged publicly, that they had identified five defense employees who either vividly remember identifying Mohammed Atta prior to 9/11 or seeing his name linked with a Brooklyn cell prior to 9/11.

§ Scott Philpott (ph), a Navy commanding officer, commander one of the USA’s naval warships, an Annapolis graduate, has come out publicly and risked his entire career to testify under oath that he specifically remembers identifying Mohammed Atta in January and February of 2000, specifically; that he would stake his career on it. And that he was the leader of Able Danger.

§ Lieutenant Colonel Tony Shaffer, a Bronze Star 23-year military veteran, testified under oath before the Senate that as a DIA liaison to Special Forces Command for Able Danger, he attempted to present information to the FBI on three occasions in September of 2000 about the Brooklyn cell and Mohammed Atta.

Calling on the ACLU

In a recent article a very prominent 9/11 Toxic Dust Whistleblower had his home raided by a SWAT team. According to Major Mike McCormack, his home was ransacked for 3 hours, without a warrant, at gunpoint.

Additionally, McCormack claims "Numerous firemen were telling me that they heard numerous secondary explosions all over the building - these guys are seasoned firefighting professionals - a lot of them have military backgrounds and they're not stupid."

"Everybody on the planet knew that not only was the World Trade Center hit - it was totally wiped out," said McCormack.

I am calling on members of the 9/11 Truth community to contact the NYC branch of the American Civil Liberties Union to establish a hotline for firemen and first responders to call, with all the legal protections that the ACLU can afford them, to allow these brave men and women to step forward and tell their stories, without threat of reprisal.

We must demand that the ACLU recognize this obvious harassment of a 9/11 Toxic Air whistleblower, and demand that they work with the community to establish a safe-haven for any first responders to come forward.

When Conspiracy Theories Become Prima Facie Evidence

Definition:

PRIMA-FACIE, EVIDENCE, CASE - Latin for "at first view."

Evidence that is sufficient to raise a presumption of fact or to establish the fact in question unless rebutted.

I have a simple question for our media.

When does the collective evidence associated with any crime cease to be a “conspiracy theory”, and rise to the level of Prima-Facie evidence actionable in a criminal court of law?

I submit to you that the words “conspiracy theory” are meaningless within the realm of professional journalism and law. Virtually all crimes investigated by journalists, and actionable in a court of law, starts with prima-facie evidence and theories. The commonly perceived notion that Richard Nixon, and his staff, were actively covering-up complicity in the Watergate break-in did not constitute a “conspiracy theory.” It was just good old-fashioned investigative journalism based on the available evidence and whistle-blowers.

Although we are all afforded an assumption of innocence by our legal system, prima-facie evidence and prosecutorial theories are the backbone of any criminal case.
