On 10/3/08, retired Four-Star General Wesley Kanne Clark took part in a discussion about International Justice at the UCLA Law School. Clark, who had been Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) of NATO during Operation Allied Force in the Kosovo War, insisted that international justice is important but in conflict with the long history in the United States of acting as seen fit in the moment.

My apologies for not posting this here sooner but there were so many actions around the world on the eleventh of September and the reports never stopped coming in. ABC: NSA agents admit spying on Americans' private calls

The Bush administration has repeatedly defended its warrantless surveillance of Americans as being directed only against "people with known links to al Qaeda and related terrorist organizations."

Now two intercept operators who worked for the National Security Agency at Fort Gordon in Georgia have come forward to tell ABC News that isn't true.

David Murfee Faulk described to ABC's Brian Ross how he had listened to "personal phone calls of American officers, mostly in the Green Zone [in Baghdad], calling home to the United States, talking to their spouses and sometimes their girlfriends."

"Co-workers of mine were ordered to transcribe these calls," Faulk stated. "When one of my co-workers went to a supervisor and said, 'But sir, these are personal calls,' the supervisor said, 'My orders were to transcribe everything.'"

One of the greatest strengths of the 9/11Truth movement is that it is leaderless. I hope it stays that way.

While I believe it dehumanizing to cynically trash all leaders or all politicians (think Tommy Douglas) there nevertheless are good reasons for being skeptical of “leaders” (even those who lead by example toward truth, justice and peace). I suggest all “leaders,” self-chosen or declared by others to be so, should be subject to constant self-scrutiny and scrutiny by others. True leaders will be quick to agree.

I recognize that some people inside and outside the9/11Truth movement have called those of us more prominent in the movement, myself included, leaders. With that recognition comes responsibility. That’s what I am trying to fulfill here. I would regret it if I did not make this effort.

Its like a thief who has been arrested 5 times for burglary. Even though he says all the right things to the judge at sentencing, the judge is still going to throw the book at him.

If the thief is appointed to head a government commission on corruption, do you think people will have confidence in the commission or its proposed actions? (Paulson was the head of Goldman Sachs when they sold huge sums of mortgage-backed securities called collateralized debt obligations, which are part of what caused the financial meltdown).

The government should not be building predictive data-mining programs systems that attempt to figure out who among millions is a terrorist, a privacy and terrorism commission funded by Homeland Security reported Tuesday. The commission found that the technology would not work and the inevitable mistakes would be un-American.

The committee, created by the National Research Council in 2005, also expressed doubts about the effectiveness of technology designed to decide from afar whether a person had terrorist intents, saying false positives could quickly lead to privacy invasions.

"Automated identification of terrorists through data mining (or any other known methodology) is neither feasible as an objective nor desirable as a goal of technology development efforts," the report found. "Even in well-managed programs, such tools are likely to return significant rates of false positives, especially if the tools are highly automated."

Several entries in the Complete 9/11 Timeline (copied below) describe what appear to have been individuals disguised as firefighters or military personnel, who were involved in the rescue and recovery efforts at the Pentagon following the attack there on September 11, 2001. What these individuals were doing is unknown, but possibilities need to be investigated, such as whether they were there to tamper with, plant, or remove evidence. That this may have been the case is given weight by the fact that some people who appeared to be members of the military were witnessed stealing crash debris from in front of the Pentagon.

Members of WeAreChange Ohio were ejected from outside of a Joe Biden event at the Union Terminal in Cincinnati. As has happened numerous times in the Queen City, local security guards prevented the Change members from distributing pamphlets or holding signs. Despite being on publicly-owned property, the security team stated that the property was rented to a private entity and therefore they could restrict activities, even on a sidewalk.

Ten months before the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld approved an updated version of the U.S. Army's secret operational Continuity of Government (COG) plans.

A draft document published by the whistleblowing website Wikileaks entitled, "Army Regulation 500-3, Emergency Employment of Army and Other Resources. Army Continuity of Operations (COOP) Program," dated 19 January 2001, spells out changes in Army doctrine.

Issued by Headquarters, Department of the Army and signed off by Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and the Secretary of the Army, the document is affixed with a warning: "Destruction Notice: Destroy by any method that will prevent disclosure of contents or reconstruction of the document." The restricted document as published by Wikileaks states:

History. This regulation is a revision of the original regulation that was effective on 10 July 1989. Since that time, no changes have been published to amend the original.
