This "tape" of OBL must be put in the following context: the first communciation from OBL was to DENY any involvement in 9/11. This has been ignored by Bushilter, etc. who have staked their careers on OBL's "confession".

Let's look at the reasonable inferences: since Bushitler staged 9/11, the denial from OBL seems more credible. It would make no sense for a fake video confession from OBL about 9/11 to be aired if he could subsequently air an video denying his inolvement.

Therefore, the most plausible hypothesis is this: OBL is dead, and he died BEFORE the "confession video" was "discovered". Perhaps he was blown to bits in an air raid, or captured and tortured to death (this would not achieve much, since he was not responsible for 9/11). It seems clear that a really "dead OBL" combined with a "virtual OBL" serves the Bushitler regimes interest best,

The other hypothesis, that of a video "sting" operation, implies that OBL is either responsible for 9/11, or is claiming he is in order to get the credit. However, based upon the multiple inconsistencies with the actor playing OBL, and the actual person, all this does not seem credible.

For example, assuming this is a "true confession", is it at all credible that the coked up gang of 19 who couldn't fly straight were actually told their final plans and objectives as they were BOARDING the planes? It is impossible to believe that with all the plans in the world these incompetent lap-dance afficionados could have carried out this mission: it is TOTALLY ABSURD to claim they were given their targets at the last second before boarding the planes.

Humans are prone to erroneous beliefs, and for millenia this deficiency has been exploited by social elites who scheme against their subjects by taking advantage of an "appeal to authority" with regard the public's gullibility and willingness to believe superstitions.

We've all visited websites that debunk urban legends.

Osama Bin Laden's current status may be one of the greatest urban (and now global) legends in history. Alive, recently died or..... just a convenient myth, a psyops created by the clever elites in Washington to further their own agenda?

From the record, we know that Osama Bin Laden was a very sick man in 2001. He was suffering from renal failure. That much seems undisputed. The French media reported that he was treated in the American hospital in Dubai in mid July. The CIA has denied this event. Of course the CIA has also denied involvement in hundreds of incidents it's been involved in, so a CIA denial is meaningless.

Press reports in the Muslim world report Bin Laden's funeral occurred in December, 2001.

"You are welcome to your own beliefs, but not your own facts," is a famous dictum from Senator Patrick Moynihan speaking to American right wing politicians who seem to have absolutely no respect for the truth. Got WMDs?

My point is that it is highly likely, though unconfirmed, that Osama Bin Laden has become an urban legend. Indicators of this are the nature of the so-called communiques that Bin Laden purported issues before every U.S. election since 9/11 where Bin Laden is linking his world view to that of the Democratic Party. How convenient for myth-making elites, eh?

Furthermore, it is a known fact that U.S. military and intelligence (sic) community have in the past ruthlessly exploited relatives of their enemies. Oddly, this doesn't seem to be the case with the four reputed wives of Osama Bin Laden or of any of his children. If the Bushistas were sincere in trying to track down and arrest or kill Bin Laden, wouldn't a ruthless campaign against his immediate family be normal operating procedure? And, one might ask, why is this tactic not being pursued in the case of Osama Bin Laden?

Look at the photographs in the middle of the page.

"Confessing fatty bin Laden" has shorter nose from tip of the nose to the forehead than the others, whose pictures can be considered authentic.

"Confessing bin Laden" has a clear hollow in his nose bone bttween the eyes. The others (the evidently authentic) have straight nose bone ("ridge" of the nose bone) without any hollow or dent on it.

The 13 December "confession tape" is a smoking gun. It does not just make the proof of Osama guilt empty. It is an evidence of official forgery.. It is addtional prroof of the guilt of Department of Defense, which promoted this video, of its complisity in 9/11 crimes.

ps. Wizened, withered or cachectic Osama in the last evidently authentic tape vwas taken in November 2001, a little later and about the same time as the confession tape was said have been taken. It was shown in the end of December and the officials did not like it all in contrary to the promoted "confession tape".

I feel the need to set the record straight.

There is a set of beliefs within the 911truth community that are unshakable and have made their way into this blog.

These beliefs are based or articles written shortly after the tape aired with little research behind them. It was not an act of malice. Those who wrote the early articles had the right instincts and the best of intentions and would love to hear from them about what I have written.

The article "Osama's Confession; Osama's Reprieve" took six months of solid work over a period of a bit more than a year; nothing in the piece was put in there friverously.

I feel the need to address certain issues:

1. Fatty Osama, to cling to a single still extracted from the video where Osama's head is tilted backwards with a broad smile while all other angles show a regular Osama is rediculous. Also, all those who called him fat had accepted the Pentagon date of the tape as being Nov. 9, 2001 - huge mistake - and were comparing that single still to other images of Bin Laden from that period - the mistake is compounding - and as a result we have the myth of the fatty Osama.

2. Gold ring in right hand. The profet Mohammad wore a ring on his right hand and it is considered good muslim practice to wear a similar ring. Bin Laden was not breaking any muslim rules but following good muslim practice by wearing the ring. The more serious issue is the material, is it gold? As somone who worked for 6 years in a research and development lab that specializes in gold and silver, Handy and Harman was the company, I cannot honestly tell from the video if it is gold or silver. There is also the issue of "white balance". For those familiar with digital capture, white balance does effect the hue of certain colors, the whites in the video did have a pinkish hue and might be the reason gold was inferred. To cling to this as fact does a disservice to the truth.

3. Some of you said cool, but, why bring out the video issue now? because the analysis of the video uncovers a crime committed at a very high level in Washington. When the crime is viewed from a strictly American perspective, it is either dereliction of duty, or, high treason, and there is no statute of limitations on such a crime.

4. Unlike other theories of misconduct or criminal acts by those in government, all items in the article used to expose such acts are available to the media and law enforcement to test and probe and I challenge them to do so. All major news organizations have been contacted, presented with the material, and follow up with a call to the editors, Patrick Fitzgerald has received all drafts and raw material, the article was brought to the attention of selected congressmen and senators. Have you heard about the tape from any of them???

If you are interested in the truth and in punishing those among us who have committed serious crimes, temper your criticism, open your minds and weigh the implications of what has been presented to you.

Cannot tell you to accept what I have written or what Ed Haas has written as the absolute truth as much as accept that what has been presented is very strong gounds to request an official and independent inquiry by a special prosecutor; your help is needed to keep the pressure up and to get to the truth.
