The author of an internet conspiracy movie about the 7/7 bombings in London was tracked down to a small town in Ireland by the BBC Two series, The Conspiracy Files.

John Hill, also known as Muad Dib, is the author of "7/7 Ripple Effect".

He has since been arrested and is facing extradition to the UK on a charge of perverting the course of justice.

This is extremely disturbing.

Glad to see this is front page news here. It is indeed quite shocking to see a 7/7 truth activist get extradited from Ireland to England purely for a thought crime. It was disappointing to see the man not answer the reporter's questions at all... you know Paul Joesph or Steve Watson would have seized upon the opportunity to spread some truth to the BBC. But... perhaps he just didn't want to dignify the BBC's yellow journalism.

Good Strategy To Say Nothing

By refusing to answer the BBC reporter's questions, John Hill displayed his utter contempt for the BBC. Since the BBC hadn't reported the obvious false-flag nature of the 7/7 attacks, Hill knew anything he would say would be ridiculed. Also, Hill correctly knows that curious viewers of the BBC hit piece will want to watch 7/7 Ripple Effect. Having his statements to the BBC ridiculed may dissuade some of those potential curious viewers.

The Conspiracy Files

Note the tactics of the Conspiracy Files treatment:
Use ponderous, threatening music.
Have a pompous and outraged narrator, who uses emotional language.
Cherry-pick the weakest or most tentative suggestions and concentrate on those.
Interview people you support and try to humanize them, while giving as little evidence as possible for your assertions.
Use the term "conspiracy" and "conspiracy theorist" a lot and associate it with evil.
Ignore all the most serious factual allegations of your opponent.
When in doubt, simply assert your position and claim it's the truth.

What a load of nonsense.

And now we have the Ripple Effect film-maker arrested. An interestingly bold move. I wonder what's next.

Isn't this the same program that did the WTC 7 hit piece?

I think this is the same program that did the major 911 hit piece about WTC7. This would be the hit piece that precipitated the release of the Barry Jennings interview. I remember they had the guy from CDI, Barry Jennings, the "fire commander" etc.. They pulled out all the stops. It even appeared that the parts played by these people were carefully written and rehearsed. This was not just some tv show that happened to slap together a program. This was International Operation Mockingbird full throttle. The BBC is part of the propaganda machine that perpetuates the bogus war on terror. The BBC is a tool of the established robber class bastards.

7/7 Ripple Effect is truly an outstanding documentary on the 7/7 attacks. It's production values rival anything that the BBC (or PBS in America) puts out. Truly impressive.

Thank the BBC for all the free publicity and go for it.

Activists in the UK, should piggyback on this (unintentional) free publicity from the BBC to stage a concerted campaign to get Ripple Effect DVDs even more widely distributed.. When handing them out, they could say something like, "This is the controversial DVD whose producer got arrested after he sent the DVD to the court in a terrorism trial. Obviously, there must have been something on there they didn't want the jury to see."

Edit to add. Remember that people have a natural inclination to want to look at something they believe authorities don't want them to see. "Hmm, I'm gonna watch this to see what all the fuss is about", type of thinking. So UK truthers should take advantage of that psychology in their approach to distributing 7/7 Ripple Effect.

I agree 100% with your logic, in fact the more authorities try to block 7/7 Ripple Effect or censor it the more people will want to see it. I think all truthers in the UK need to organize and support the director of 7/7 Ripple Effect in his struggle with the legal system. Cameras and questions need to be brought into this situation. Pressure in the form of bad publicity on the legal system needs to be applied. The controversy will also help to promote the film.
