Donald Meserlian, P.E., national chairman of the Citizen's Campaign for 2009 The Year of 9/11 Truth is testing his grassroots method in his home town, North Caldwell, N.J.to force local officials to sign the 9/11 Truth Proclamation that presents the government's own irrefutable evidence that the Twin Towers and WTC 7 collapsed due to pre-placed explosives that were detonated in the basements, before the planes hiot the towers and along the height of the towers.See www.voicesofsafety.com/pogonews/petitions/200802 and the Petition to local officials: www.voicesofsafety.com/pogonews/petitions/200804 . Proof of the accuracy of the Proclamation is:

1. Seismic evidence proves that explosives were detonated in the basements of both towers 14 and 17 secons before the FAA stated times that the planes struck the towers.

2. WTC 1 and 2 collapsed in the same time as a free falling object; 8 and 10 seconds respecably. This can only occur by having explosives detonated along the height of the towers as they collapsed in order to remove all resistance to a free fall.

3. The towers collapsed in their own footprint in the same manner as acontrolled demolition.

The leaders of the 9/11 truth movement have endorsed the Citizen's Campaign for 9/11 Truth that includes the recognition of the "Report of the Citizens Commision on 9/11 "as an unbiased substitute for the Official Report of the 9/11 Commission. Mr Meserlian is asking all citizens will;ing to present the Petition and Proclamation to their local officials to phone him at (973) 228-2258.

He is using the "Oath of Office" that all officials take: "To uphold and defend the U.S. and state Constitutions," and the Wikepedia definition of "Oath of Office" to charge all officials who do not respond to the petition with treason. If North Caldwell continues to disregard his first amendmendment "Right to Petition" and its inherent "Obligation to Respond" he plans to prosecute the mayor, council and police chief of N. Caldwell for treason.
