It's obvious that United 93 didnt hit the ground intact, but the claim that the scar pre-dates 911 is not true as far as I can tell.

Scars Alligned Differently

1994 image (top) and UA 93 aftermath (bottom)

In the 1994 image, the scar and service road follow the same line of sight, unlike the UA 93 scene.
