It is also a crime punishable under the criminal laws of many states.

I guess her "constitutents" weren't burned alive or blown up on 911. Those 3000 of them, none of them were from her district. So why should she care. Right?

Her "constituents" are not dying by the tens of thousands thanks to the EPA and the White House.
