Aug 13th: We will probably spend the whole day in the Jury selection process. So don't come this day.

Aug 14th: Most likely the trial will begin on this day, and could go on to Aug 15th.

Beware: The trial could be delayed until the following week. Sorry :(

Thank you for any and all who can make it in support of the 9-11 Truth movement and our First Amendment Rights.

Having a 'posse' there with me in court reminded the judge and everybody else that works in the courtroom of who we are, and I believe encouraged the Judge to schedule a trial in August instead of in September. It also reminded me how lucky I am to be associated with such truly wonderful souls.

Evidence was gathered, and my attorney tells me that it all supports our version of events. As Stewart says, this is the front line. We are pushing right up against the forces that are trying to suppress our Constitutional rights, and we have the potential to set a precedent for and give renewed confidence to the 9-11 Truth movement here in California.

Come join in solidarity and let's show our numbers to the court and jury. If I lose this one, then I am looking at 6 months in prison. Have no fear, we are standing on truth, and I look forward to this day in court.

BE FOREWARNED: My attorney prefers to have the trial during the week after September 11th because she has potential scheduling conflicts this week in August, so you may get a message from me with the new trial date set.

What happened? On December 6th, I and others were bull horning FOX Television on Bundy. I stepped on the sidewalk and driveway in front of the building and spoke my piece about 9-11 Truth through the bull horn. I was well within my rights. In California, anywhere that is open to the public, is consequently open to free speech.

The security personnel surrounded me and harassed me, violating my civil rights. Each time I walked away from them, they again surrounded me and harassed me, continuing to violate my civil rights. They called the police and made a citizens arrest for? BATTERY!

I spent over 24 hours in jail. After meeting with a hearing officer, the ludicrous battery charge was dropped, but I have been charged with trespassing, which will not stick.
