Under the headline U.S.A. is Fall Guy for 911, the celebrity news site TMZ.com has aired a story regarding former 80s blonde bombshell Heather Thomas and her belief that 9/11 was an inside job.

Thomas told Retroality.TV that 9/11 was staged on behalf of the oil companies. See her exact comments at the link. Maybe leave some comments at TMZ, which gets lots of traffic.

That is so funny...

I have been watching "The Fall Guy" on www.hulu.com. Heather Thomas was one of my teenage dreams.

Do these people deserve to know how and why their loved ones were murdered? Do we deserve to know how and why 9/11 happened?

Attacks on Thomas

The vehement posts attacking Heather Thomas are striking in their consistency. They are consistent with the attacks on Ariz State Senator Karen Johnson, and in fact, most of the attacks I have seen almost anywhere in blogs, forums, comments, etc. In aggregate, they have the substance of a concerted campaign. In the case of the Heather Thomas post comments on TMZ, they effectively drown out positive comments and diminish the level of discourse to a mean, rude base.

In the East Valley Tribune blog on Sen Karen Johnson comments, a poster put up some stats on who was posting and if they were pro/con Sen Johnson's position.

I think it would be useful to try to define the online commentary that defends the official story of 9/11 from the perspective of 'know your opponent'.

Has anyone else been doing similar stats on posts, comments, etc?

The Majority of Comments at TMZ are On the Side of TRUTH

I love it that so many people are on the internet spreading the TRUTH.
I do wish they were actively more visible out side of cyberworld.

Does anyone remember how you used to be able to comment on news stories at Yahoo?
I firmly believe they shut it down because people knew too much and were informing each other.

Heather Thomas' take on the Gulf Wars are very good...

I believe her take on the Gulf Wars are close to the truth. It's all about the oil corporations!

Thomas contends the First Gulf War was also about establishing bases in Saudi Arabia, in the event, the royal family fell. The US could insure access to oil with a military presence. It's a pretty good analysis, IMHO.
