I was thinking it would be cool to have an AE9/11 sponsored sample letter we could email to architects and engineers as well. It doesn't have to be necessarily sponsored by AE9/11 but I'm sure they'd know how to put language in their that relates to the mindset of other architects and engineers possibly. Maybe on open letter by Richard Gage that we could then spread to our local architects and engineers that could be possibly located through the yellow pages or something? Peace.

You are correct, sending mail is simple. It does have the handicap of "no link" for further research. It has an advantage of "impact" when cards and info are mailed.

Orangutan...You are a good writer...write a short sweet letter and post it here. {{ha!...You could even write one posing as a student in college who has questions...and give an email address requesting response...kind of sneaky, but effective}}

Actually, I did not send a letter. I mailed the ae911truth card and the Building 7 Truth card along with a flyer or two which included websites and some graphics.
A majority of the firms I mailed to also got several DVDs.

This was around a hundred pieces plus...evey firm in the Dallas - Ft Worth area. Expect some mailings to come back from a poor address.

Sometimes I would mail two or three to the same firm, but mail them on different days and addressed to different terminals.

Not everyone sees eye to eye in the 9/11 Truth movement. People have problems with Fetzer, people have problems with Jones, people have problems with Griffin, and people have problems with me! Everyone seems to have their pet peeves. Brian Good has problems Willie R. I support Willie. But Brian has seen fit to find fault with him. We have discussed this extensively. As a result Brian has agreed to not attack Willie in public forums anymore while working for for AE911Truth. Brian has become one of the most hard working and trusted volunteers at AE911Truth. So, while I very much appreciate your concern, I hope you will be satisfied with my judgment in this matter.

Dear Richard, Thank you so much for your answer. You said that Brian Good has agreed not to attack WR on public forums and this is false. We have many instances and also proof this is still going on. Some of it pointed earlier on another post. I can say that almost everyone in 911blooger supports Willie and do not like Brian Good (petgoat) actions. Not even on related stuff to WR. When you say that he is one of the most trusted volunteers in your organization, it does worries me and I believe, worries most of the people on 911blooger. He has used your resources (Ae911truth.org) to indulge in a smear campaign on our hero. I will like to hear Rodriguez's point of view on this matter and his position towards your org,. with this individual working so close to you. Until we hear from our hero, I will not be able to support the effort since it could be very well hijacked by your trusted, infiltrator.

That would allow you to email to a high-quality, double opt-in list of around 100,000 - 150,000 structural engineers about 3 times. Since you aren't selling them anything, a higher proportion of them would at least read whatever it is you want them to read - unlike sales, where a 2% response is normal.

There are several ways.
Sometimes you can Google search and get an association or convention, but I start by Google searching my area and bookmarking potential sites into a folder. Then I go to the Yellow Pages online.

YELLOW PAGES online
From the Yellow pages, I get the name of the company and then do a Google search on them. You would be surprised how many other leads come up. Email addresses can be discovered this way.

From the Yellow Pages in the Dallas-Ft Worth area, I have mailed information to EVERY FIRM listed in the architect section. The majority of those places also received DVDs.

UNIVERSITIES
There are many schools and Universities which teach architecture and engineering. This is a FANTASTIC RESOURCE of email addresses when you go to the faculty listing. Many instructors also work for firms.

CONSTRUCTION
Construction companies are also a resource.

The best thing to do is just start.
