Next 9/11 in Houston ? ...War with Iran?

Honestly, I do not know what to make of this. I got wind of this article from a Houston 9/11 Truther. Personally, I am not an alarmist. However, I like to be vigilant. I don't have expertise on this kind of stuff. Does anyone have input (besides just speculations)? If you have a more professional view on this article with pertinent information, you are welcome to post something fresh on your blog. I only wanted to bring this up in case it is important.

State of Emergency: The US in the Final Six Months of the George W. Bush Administration

"...On April 29 of this year, CIA veteran Roland V. Carnaby was shot dead by police officers after a high speed chase through the streets of Houston. Carnaby, who had been the CIA’s Chief of Station for the Southeast Region headquartered in Houston, was involved in conducting security surveys of the Port of Houston and had discovered that the Department of Homeland Security was tolerating gaping holes in port security. Carnaby and Houston intelligence and law enforcement personnel were also investigating the presence of “Middle Easterners” who were conducting surveillance of the Port of Houston. The “Middle Eastern” designator is the term used by the FBI for Israelis (typically Mossad agents) in order to avoid “political” problems with superiors."

"Former National Security Agency analyst and naval intelligence officer Wayne Madsen has been in Houston investigating the Carnaby case at great personal risk. Madsen believes Carnaby was involved both in heading off a potential war with Iran (by leaking Mossad plans to assassinate Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah just days before Carnaby himself was killed) and in trying to forestall a potential terrorist attack on the port."

"According to Madsen, “federal agents in Houston fear that ‘another 9/11-type part false flag’ attack is imminent, perhaps as early as July 4.” Such an attack along the twenty-five-mile Houston Ship Channel, site of more explosive materials, toxic gases, and deadly petrochemicals than anywhere else in the country, could create an environmental and economic catastrophe that would dwarf 9/11...."

Houston maybe vulnerable

Does anyone know the status of the suspected missing nuke? When the B-52 Stratofortress bomber carrying six cruise missiles armed with nuclear warheads left Minot, it was reported to have 6 missiles and at Barksdale the report was 5. Can anyone provide any links that would clear this inconsistency?

There is a nuke missing??

My god that is scary. We need to get these criminals out of office NOW!

After researching...

...I don't think any are missing. I could be wrong. But what I have found is that some media sources said the plane was carrying five missiles, and some said it was carrying six. This was in the early reporting on this, when the facts weren't clear. We now know there were six missiles attached. However, every article that said there were 5 reported that there were 5 when it landed. The same goes for those who say there were six. There were no claims that it left with six and landed with five. Again this is what I have found in a few hours of research. If anyone has any links showing otherwise I would be interested in seeing them.

Thanks Knowar

That is what I found, as well, nevertheless it is still an enigma without certainty. In addition, the fact that the military has not clarified the statement is troubling.

Here's an article I had

Here's an article I had saved:

I agree, Joann, it's very troubling.

What I think...

...is that this was either to be a false flag attack using the missiles or to deliver the missiles at Barksdale unnoticed and then transport them somewhere to be made into suitcase nukes or some other delivery system. I hope it was a foiled attempt, and not the first step in some larger plot that is still developing.

That is a great link Betsy ...

Last year when all of this was happening, I remember visiting the site Military Times, that was sited in wsws.org article, regarding comments and dialogue from military personnel such as:

"Another correspondent questions claims that the weapons were merely being moved from one base to be decommissioned (destroyed): “When I was in the Air Force and worked on these types of missiles we never would have sent these missiles out on a B-52 for decommissioning. These missiles would have had their warheads removed and boxed for shipping and the missile body itself would have been boxed up and both items would have been shipped out [on a] C-5. This was the only way we...could have shipped them out, not on or in a B-52. This could not have happened, we are not being told the whole story, there has to be more to it!”`

Another posting reads: “I think everyone here is making an assumption that they didn’t know. This is an absurd assumption. As soon as those ACMs [advanced cruise missiles] hit the hard-mounts, the talkback between the computers instantly enabled. The crew knew they were carrying nukes long before they finished the checklist for takeoff.”

A correspondent who writes that he was an Air Force officer in the late 1970s describes the intricate procedures that are carried out before a nuclear weapon leaves the site where it was stored:

“A nuclear weapon can only be removed from an igloo upon written orders originating with a very limited number of senior base command officers and signed by at lease three other senior officers. Even then, the senior OIC of the arsenal site along with at least one junior officer will only order a weapon be retrieved and prepared for transfer after they both have verbally confirmed their written orders to do so with the base commander or his deputy. This is done using special limited access and encrypted telephone lines or in person, and verification is accomplished only after each party has correctly read a unique sequence of letters and numbers printed on their orders. A senior OIC along with at least one junior munitions officer will arrive at the arsenal site at the time designated in their orders to transport the weapon. They will have already verified their written orders with a very senior base command officer. Each pair of munitions officers can only sign and be responsible for a single weapon at a time, and they must be accompanied by a special highly trained munitions crew and by a squad of heavily armed security police officers. After the two arsenal site officers and the two munitions officers have each visually verified the serial number of the weapon being transferred matches the serial number typed on both sets of their orders, all four must sign both sets of orders indicating the transfer has been verified and completed. A maximum of four nuclear weapons can be transferred to the flight line in each convoy, but each weapon must have their own team of officers with verified orders, munitions specialist, and a security detail. Also, the printed orders for the OIC of each munitions team indicate exactly which aircraft will receive that weapon and exactly where every weapon is to be mounted. Everyone involved is trained to repeatedly triple check everything for accuracy.”

He goes on to detail similar procedures for the flight crew, which he notes “can easily and clearly view a weapons display that electronically verifies every weapon system installed on their aircraft. That display also clearly identifies every weapon as being a practice, conventional or nuclear weapon.”

The former officer concludes: “Therefore the only conclusion I can come up with is that this event must have been concocted by someone to appear as an accident. And, because nuclear weapons were said to be involved, orders approving such an event most certainly came from the White House.”

IMHO, it is best to keep this type of information in the spotlight, not to alarm anyone, however, to have some paper trail in an endeavor of precognitive recognition that such an event of another ff has a foundation in the history of a major breach in the protocols of nuclear missile transportation and documentation.

Gates just fired the 2 Top AF leaders last week

Two Top Air Force Leaders Fired After Nuclear Missteps
2008-06-05 01:01pm

Defense Secretary Robert Gates fired the top two Air Force leaders Thursday, following serious missteps involving nuclear weapons security, military officials said.

Air Force Secretary Michael Wynne and Chief of Staff Gen. Michael Moseley, the top civilian and military leaders, "both will be leaving," one senior U.S. military officer said.

Though there have been increased tensions between the Air Force and the Pentagon over spending issues, officials in the know said the firings were directly related to the shipment of fuses for nuclear missiles to Taiwan, Reuters reported.

"It's a mistake to characterize this as the straw that broke the camel's back," that official said. "(The fuse investigation) itself is cause."

The firings follow other embarassing nuclear-related issues.

In August 2007, an Air Force bomber mistakenly armed with six nuclear warheads flew across the United States. Though the wing commander was fired, lawmakers decried what they perceived as a lack of accountability.

The Pentagon admitted the erroneous nuclear fuse shipment, which was made in 2006 and only discovered by Taiwanese officials, in March.

I've come to believe that

I've come to believe that there is an internal, behind-the-scenes struggle going on . . . with the "good" elements of the CIA, FBI, military, etc. fighting the darker elements . . .

The darker elements and/or neocons have tried three times this past year to get a conflict going in Iran but have been foiled each time. (I have no proof of this - just a "friend" who seems to be in the know . . . )

Very interesting story, Tom - thanks for posting.

I just read the entire

I just read the entire article - all the pieces seem to keep on fitting . . . re this internal struggle . . .

We have a lot of work to do this summer, but I have a feeling that it will take another horrific event to wake up the people here in the good ole USA.

They're primed for truth, but probably won't budge or move fast enough until the next big thing happens.

I agree Besty ... the pieces all seem to fit.

I was not up to speed on the Carnaby issue, so did a little digging and posted some videos below, along with links to interesting discussion on the Army Times. I still cannot resolved the 6 missiles at Minot and 5 at Barksdale. And, of course, there are the 6 dead airmen, spouse, and military at Minot during a two week period.

How did this happen

This email was sent to me from the Houston area.

Wayne Madsen will be on Frequencyclear.tv next Monday JUNE 23 at 6pm on channel 17 Houston Public Access to give updates on his investigation concerning a possible false flag event in the port of Houston.

Please tune into this very important show and spread the word concerning this material.

I have never put a call to action out like this, but sincerely hope that everyone will scream to high heaven about this story.

Our time is very short. The establishment are capable of anything. We can avert this event if we work together and make enough noise.

Long live the republic,

If one does not thoroughly LOOK, the TRUTH is not visible.

Wouldn't do that

Bush certainly wouldn't bomb the city he was planning on moving. Wouldn't stick it to his home state. Free from blame on that.???

Sure would make the oil $$ sky rocket. Hit the epicenter of the oil industry and disable a major refining area.

Boom.... and America takes it.... Boom .....and we go to Iran

Plus, it looks like the Bush family may be preparing to take flight to and settle in Paraguay. A back-up plan?
