I've heard about this guy harassing people in the movement for years, but if he's now harassing Bob McIlvaine and John Feal we need to build a case against him and take him to court.

If he is a government employee, then this will further expose the level of harassment they are engaging in and could make some serious noise in the msm.

If he is "only" a disturbed private citizen, then we should be able to severely limit his ability to harass through the courts.

Since we already know where he lives, this should not be a difficult undertaking.

It's way past time to disconnect this jerk, brothers and sisters, let's pull together and take care of our peeps.

What sort of info would that investigator eb digging for? Where Troy works? If he's got a record? I am just not 100% sure any of that is relevant.

I believe there is plenty of evidence already to take him to a civil court - or perhaps even press criminal charges. The only thing holding me back is concern that that may be amounting to censorship of sorts.

I would have blocked the phone number. Does this Troy guy have a reputation of calling from different phone numbers to harass someone if the person blocks his number?

And this goes to show the sinister nature of "debunkers" in general. It's taken SLC til May 2008 to acknowledge that Troy's behavior is getting a "little close" to harassment. No, SLC, his behavior WAS harassment, and two years ago. You folks had to wait til things went over the top before you even minimally distanced yourselves from your number one harasser pimp.
