you might try getting a "Hillary" sign and holding it up with the "Hillary" side facing back to the crowd and have your own sign on the front saying something like "MENA" or "WAR CRIMINAL" or "TREASON" and just stand there quietly holding it up for Mr. Clinton or Sen. Clinton to read.

I think if you get three or four people to do that, you'll be able to see genuine panic on their faces and it will have a profound effect on their public demeanor.

The perps need to be confronted everywhere they go, but in a way that does not alienate the public against 9/11 truth.

I liked the guy's introduction and it's good to see the good folks in Hood River standing up for the truth, I have friends and family there and spread the truth on my two trips through last May and June.

educating the masses and building bridges with the peace, anti-war, impeachment and anti-torture movements, as well as a few other activist movements.

We do need to catch our breath and regroup a bit before making the next big push at the Democratic and Republican National Conventions at the end of the summer.

I'd like to see a serious kick off on the 4th of July with an increased tempo building to the next anniversary in September and sustained pressure through the fall election.

Ultimately, I think it will take a citizen's invasion and prolonged occupation of the nation's capitol to accomplish our goals, combined with a national general strike to shut the country down.

We have to make it impossible for the msm and ptb to ignore us, as that is what they have retreated back to at this point.

We also have to be prepared for the inevitable limited hangout they will probably throw our way to diffuse the issue.

I've endured decades of scorn from people too lazy to see past their mis-education and actually see what America is and where she has been and is going, if left unchecked.

This is what we spent 8 hours doing last Saturday, the box signs and the "Torture Is Terrorism" sign (I made four double-sided of those) are mine. The "box signs" were made for our Tea Party last December, but I use them every chance I get. They can also sit on top of ten foot lengths of PVC conduit for greater visibility in crowds and by the roadside.

The core of our group is now committed to combined street actions every Saturday in different parts of the S.F. bay area, as well as the 11th day actions, in addition to us doing our daily individual actions in our home towns.

We're also working with a new member to set up a new group in her area, about 70 miles and 90 minutes away from me, in a very hostile, unthinking Republican stronghold.

Our work right now is not in organizing 10,000 strong marches for one day in a distant city when the media will not cover it. Our work is the daily task of educating everyone we meet about 9/11/01 and its true importance and relevance to the average working American; and building bridges with the other social movements in this country. This is the necessary ditch digging that has to be done before we can fill the trenches with activists demanding answers and a truly transparent government.

The truth shall set us free. Love is the only way forward.

Conflict with Iran,Syria, Lebanon and escalation into nuclear Pakistan for a decimated US land forces is going to institute a draft (to further subjugate the general population) and bleed a indebted 9 Trillion dollar Empire into the ground.

The death of the Middle and Upper Middle Class an almost certainty in that scenario.

Do not expect the rest of the world, the growing wealth of the Islamic World (with at lease 1 nuclear power), the booming wealth of Russia (due to oil, gas and economic re-alignment) a 911 Truth Japanese Parliament and China with subs shadowing key Aircraft Carrier groups to be sympathethic to American plights or call for help.

The patience of the rest of the world is running thin. That includes key players in South America - i.e. Brazil, Venenzuela who have a greater hemispheric power projection via alliances with Iran, Russia and China AND the Islamic World then generally accepted. Control of the Panama Canal is one fine example.

The ensuing Great Depression will make the 30's look like an Economic Boom.

Either we make real progress in 911 Truth and get the perps into Court and the road to Justice or the consequences are going to be far more devastating than many of us really realize.

I would just like to add, that the econmic collapse is well underway. I am expecting a massive change in the makeup of Congress this fall. One so significant that the NeoCon appeasers will be forced out of power and Congress will resume its position as the most powerful branch of government and one made up of "We the People" not "We the Corporation".

I also beleive that if Bush attacks Iran in anyway, both internal and external forces will be mobilized overnight to remove this government. I think the Cabal is aware of that fact and wont attack Iran until the last possible moment before leaving town.

The 9/11 Truth Movement is, to quote Chicago, getting "stronger every day". I don't think you should critique an event like this without seeing just exactly what was discussed . For instance, Bob McIlvaine spoke of 25 family members going down to D.C. for the sole purpose of getting arrested. How's that for "activism aimed at Capitol Hill?" Also, this event was sponsored by actual local businesses that were willing to lend their name to this cause. Has that ever happened before? Is that a sign that the movement is "fading away?" No, it's not. In fact, it shows the exact opposite.

Although I do slightly disagree with the goal of getting arrested. Unfriendly media would have a field day spinning such an event. I prefer the successful methods of the Jersey Girls used to obtain the first 'investigation'.

Also, I cannot be aware of information that is not indicated.

As I said, I don't want people to misunderstand my comment.

Consider it an honest point of view intended to be constructive.

But unless the leaders of this movement begin to direct its energies toward the only entities capable of providing us the investigative power we need to obtain the answers and justice we seek, then in my opinion the movement will at the very least be stalled in a holding pattern.

Books, films and other activity have been very effective at raising public awareness but so far, Capitol Hill has been spared scrutiny.

I meant that they would be willing to be arrested for a non-violent protest. Not that they would go down to Washington D.C., and do something illegal just so they would be arrested.

We are going to need to move from a holding pattern to a major surge.

Question of getting enough people to jump ship and some serious very serious whistleblowers willing to sing.

I agree with you, Aidan. The Tom Hayden video of a couple of weeks ago put the problem faced by the truth movement in the right context. He implied without court victories, without hard, positive proof it is difficult for people like him to move past suspicions.

The work you are doing, Aidan, with the FOIA and the identification of the planes is supplying that proof.

The forensic work Dewdney and McQueen and the group they are working with is also supplying the basis to question cell phone calls, and eyewitness testimony with information that will stand up in court.

Jones and those working that angle are all supplying hard evidence.

Kucinich's wife said in a clip a while back that hard evidence was needed for Congress to move forward. Kucinich's approach is to look into the cold, hard facts of the financial evidence of foreknowledge. In our minds, to many questions we have looked at for a long time, the cold, hard facts are in. The reality though... it has to stand up in court. It can't be speculation. There can be no room for errors if one is going to stand up against a judicial system such as our own and win.

The more hard evidence that can be supplied, coupled with the moral authority of the family members that STILL are without answers has a good chance of gaining support in Congress for new hearings to be set and people brought forward under oath. We certainly have the moral high ground with the issue, but it is the family members that have the moral authority having lost loved ones to persuade Congress to act. Moral high ground is never enough by itself.

The political expediency of the issue has to be elevated. If in the minds of Congress there is no expediency to the issue, they will not move. And we are competing with some damn big issues: impeachment, ending the war, war with Iran, the presidential horse-race. Impeachment has had broad support nationwide, but not the political expediency in Congress, for several reasons. On a list of priorities for Congress, the reality of their deciding a new investigation into 9/11 is warranted, after the 9/11 Commission, and the Joint Congressional Inquiry, we are not very high on that list, if we are even on it.

The family members in my mind, coupled with cold, hard evidence, is the most likely way to pressure Congress to open new investigations. If we get through an election without what many of us fear, a new attack, and we have a more sympathetic Congress we might make rapid progress if we can apply the right pressure.

None of this is to say activism is not important. Getting and keeping the issue in the public's eyes creates dialogue about the issue. With the cold, hard evidence in the hands of those that directly lost their family members, friends, loved ones, THEY have a MORAL and LEGAL right to demand answers as to how and why their people were murdered. THAT is, in my opinion, how this will get cracked open. It took forty years for the King family to get a somewhat complete resolution to the murder of MLK. We have greater tools at our disposal, many families that suffered loss, the potential to wake up a large segment of the public to the fascism behind it, we can crack this open and expose the bastards for what they are.
