Thanks for the quick update.

She should be invited to speak / participate in more 911 Truth Events.

She's a Patriot allright well informed in the whole workings of the Neo-Con / NWO machinery.

OKC 1995, WACO etc.....

Her not so subtle warnings should be heeded.

How unprofessional to

Great minds ... think for themselves.

Thank you

Senator Johnson

Sen. Johnson's presence will be missed

Democratic Sen. Ken Cheuvront, representing District 15 in the Arizona Senate, wrote this defense of Sen. Johnson in today's Arizona Republic,

Sen. Johnson's presence will be missed

Last month, I read an editorial by The Arizona Republic entitled "Drinking the 9/11 Kool-Aid" that offended me and should offend anyone who values hearing varied points of view.

The editorial writers took specific aim at Sen. Karen Johnson, R-Mesa, not because of her disagreement with legislation involving the September 11 memorial, but because of her differing perspective in general.

Although Sen. Johnson and I have disagreed with each other many times over the 12 years I have known her, at the end of the day I am still in support of her and have great respect for her. Sen. Johnson's unique qualifier is that she does not tell you what you want to hear, she tells you what she believes. In our Legislature, we should hope that every constituent finds his or her ideals represented in the members here.

In a day where legislators across the nation fight to remain independent of the powerful lobby, there is Sen. Johnson who is successful at it. Sen. Johnson supports both Republican and Democratic ideals when she believes they are the right things to do and despite our different belief systems, we should all embrace someone who is willing to be honest. She will be missed by many in the Republican and Democratic caucus when she leaves the legislative body in the fall. When she is gone, there will be a hole in the Senate and a missing perspective.

Good interview, but ...

I think this was an interesting interview, but it's hard to listen when they get sidetracked and push anti-immigrant, xenophobic nationalist rhetoric. And this speaks to a much bigger issue when people use 911 Truth as a platform for their politics.

The fact is, is that searching for the truth about 911 encompasses a lot of people with a lot of different political, religious, and economic ideas. One thing that will certainly divide us is to hijack this movement for political ends. I am not saying that Alex Jones is hijacking this movement, to be clear, but we all should do well to remember that if we are going to break down the forces that are responsible for 911, then Alex Jones and others should remember that we are not all on the right (or left) as the case may be.

One thing I think we can agree on is that power is corrupt, and we always need to be vigilant to check it's abuse wherever it arises. But I can't stand by and be silent when I hear what are thinly disguised references to racism and xenophobia, not to mention unsubstantiated accusations about the UN or the NAU. And trust me, I am no statist, and am not interested in patriotism or nationalism of any kind. But those buzz words have other subtle meanings behind them, we should be careful how we respect each other and pursue the truth of 911.
