Who Was Doing the electrical Work?

An acquaintance of mine is doing research into who was conducting the electrical work during Scott Forbes claim of the weekend "power down" where "engineers" were running cabling through out the floors in the weekend prior to 9-11. His findings could be of interest or useful to other researchers.

Joshua Smith:
I decided this morning to dig deep into who was conducting the electrical
work during Scott Forbes claim of the weekend "power down" where
"engineers" were running cabling through out the floors in the
weekend prior to 9-11. And in research into some theories that those
"engineers" may have been wiring explosives (and/or other
things.)

1. Cabling electrical upgrades at WTC: 1993 article claims upgrades will
be a ten year project.

"...the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, the WTC's
owner, has decided to revamp the system with an electrical upgrade that
will take an estimated 10 years and $81 million to complete. The project
will involve extensive use of copper cabling.

The first step in the upgrade program will be to replace aluminum cables
with copper cables from the complex's power distribution center to
the 41st floor. Four transformers will also be replaced with copper wound
transformers.

Some 13,760 feet of copper cable will be installed in horizontal runs from
the primary distribution center to the buildings, while 8,800 feet of
high-voltage feeder cable will be installed in vertical risers. Copper was
selected for the mammoth project because it can handle the higher capacity
required, and can be installed easily into existing conduits.
Still, the project will not be a cakewalk, says Charles Semah, staff
services engineer at the WTC."

2. E-J Electric Installation, Inc. was the electric/fiber/security
contractor beginning in 1996 for the WTC.

E-J Electric Installation Co., the country's oldest independent
electrical contractor, won a $28 million contract in 1996 to tighten
security at the World Trade Center. The Long Island City, N.Y.-based
contractor installed 2 million feet of fiber-optic cable, hundreds of
security cameras, access control and 110 turnstiles, including systems
integration

See: http://images.ceenews.com/files/26/toweringsecurity.pdf

This design-build security project included: control access to sensitive
building areas, access controls to interior building areas, centralize
security monitoring and coordination, system redundancy using a Parking
Access Control system, CCTV system, Door Access Control system, Intrusion
Detection/Alarm system, lobby turnstiles & barriers, visitors desk
stations, digital badging, door locking, intercoms, and duress alarms. E-J
erected a primary Security Command Center and a backup Security Command
Center, Master Computer system as well as Redundant Computer systems
including a Communication Network utilizing 1,500,000 feet of fiber optic
cable and a backup electrical power supply system.

See: http://www.ej1899.com/security.htm

Side Note: We all know that Stratesec (formerly known as Securacom) also
had security contract for WTC from 1996-1998. The head of Securacom was
Wirt Walker. Marvin P. Bush, a younger brother of George W. Bush, was on
the board of directors of the company from 1993 to June 2000. (Overlap of
the two companies in question occurs within these years.)

See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stratesec

3. E-J Electric Installation, Inc. had an office in Tower 2 and had nine
electricians on-site the day of 9/11.

Tony Mann (then president of E-J Electric): "Five minutes before it
happened, one of our foremen was on the 107th floor," Mann said.
"His radio wasn't working, so he came down and was walking
across the lobby when the first plane hit. He then ran down to the
basement to make sure all our people got out."

Note: Interesting that E-J had a man atop the Tower that morning before
the first strike and also had a team in the basement.

Wow ..

Great job..
J. Robert Mann is also chairman of " British-American Fulbright Foundation " http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fulbright_Foundation
Lets conclude : A Skull and Bones associate did the wiring in the WTC .

Updated Version To Come

yes the updated version will have active links. hopefully they post the updated version very soon. the links are the factual backup of all statements. I also have sent this full story to about 20 or 30 other 911 Truth web sites tonight.

Update: [It's up now.]

Hmmmm....

Fascinating. Circumstantial material that's definitely worthwhile, and worth pursuing... Nice work, Joshua.

Tom Breidenbach

Excellent research! This

Excellent research! This can certainly be used to counter debunker claims of no one could get to the interior of the buildings to rig them with explosives without noticing. Or that the time needed was not available to "wire" the buildings, etc. This is compelling speculations when coupled with the sprinkler system work that was being done as well.

"I would imagine that if you took the top expert in that type of work and gave him the assignment of bringing these buildings down with explosives, I would bet that he could do it." -1993-John Skilling, Head Structural Engineer WTC Towers

Hmmm...

I found the article that has your quote from John Skilling in it. I find this article to be too good to be true.

http://archives.seattletimes.nwsource.com/cgi-bin/texis.cgi/web/vortex/d...

I'd like to see if they maybe have microfiche of this or something showing that it actually did print in the Seattle paper in question.

It's such a good quote it almost seems like it's planted. (And just having an article with a back dated time would be to simple also to post onto the net.)
