Arnold Punaro, Commission on the National Guard & Reserves, Chairman, discusses the Commission's final report, which expresses concerns over the ability of the National Guard and Reserves to handle a catastrophic attack (Domestic WMD).

He is also an executive with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) makers of the
Vigilante® Helicopter Vertical Takeoff and Landing (VTOL) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). He blanketed the various think tank venues on C-SPAN today (02-Feb-2008) suggesting that preperation for a terrorist WMD attack on the "homeland" should be one of the Guard's top priorities.

He is a neocon soldier right out of central casting.

Are they getting us ready for the next false flag attack?
