Wow, "excellent" is right... This is a MUST LISTEN

His presentation on 9/11/07 at the Grand Lake Theatre in Oakland should be fantastic, especially with the fire protection specialist and many architects in attendance.

I really hope Richard gets in touch with Gordon Ross too, I reckon they would compliment each other amazingly.

This interview is quite emotional, especially towards the end...
