CIA Shuts bin Laden Unit...

Well, at least they aren't pretending to look for him anymore. Between this, FBI admitting no hard evidence linking Bin Laden to 9/11, and Bin Laden not being wanted for 9/11, I'd say we have a case for a new investigation. Spread it around. The Central Intelligence Agency has closed a unit that for a decade had the mission of hunting Osama bin Laden and his top lieutenants, intelligence officials confirmed Monday.

The unit, known as Alec Station, was disbanded late last year and its analysts reassigned within the C.I.A. Counterterrorist Center, the officials said.
